Below is an overview of our summer and winter prices. We would be delighted to put an individual package together for you on request.
All prices are in euros and are per person per day, incl. half board. Local taxes are not included (€1.10 per person per day).

In summer, you will receive a complimentary JokerCard!
There is no charge for children up to the age of 6 in a three or four bedroom.

• 6 to 9 years old -70%
• 9 to 12 years old -50%
• 12 to 15 years old -30%
• Over 15 years old -10%

Short stays

A € 5,- supplement per person is payable on bookings for just one day.

Checking in and out

Our room will be available from 1.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival in summer and from 3.00 p.m. in winter.
Please check out by 10.00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Cancellations

Terms and conditions for cancellations
Austrian hotel regulations apply. All cancellations must be made in writing.

Please note that the following charges will be levied for cancellations:

• Up to 3 months before arrival – no cancellation fee
• Up to 1 month before arrival – 40% of the total price
• Up to 1 week before arrival – 70% of the total price
• In the week of your arrival – 90% of the total price
• No show or early departure – 100% of the total price

We only accept EC cards or cash for flat-rate deals and packages.

Deposits
To make a booking, please transfer a deposit of € 200,- per room to our account (account details: Raiffeisenbank Saalbach Hinterglemm, account no.: 10 926, sort code: 35 052, IBAN: AT 2135052 000000 10 926, BIC: RVSAAT2S052).

Single rooms
A € 30,- surcharge is charged for single occupation of a double room.

Half board
Varied buffet breakfast with home-made jam, a selection of muesli, fresh fruit, cold meat and cheese, egg dishes, juices and much more...
A choice between two options for a four-course meal is served in the evenings. Fresh salad bar and Austrian soup buffet every day. Themed buffet twice a week, e.g. Austrian speciality buffet, barbecue buffet, starter buffet, dessert buffet, etc.

Children
Various children’s activities. Torch lit walk and craft evening once a week.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. There are ashtrays on the balconies.

Pets
Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. € 15,- per day, excluding food. Please bring your pet’s bed or blanket with you. Please note that pets are not permitted in the restaurant and sauna area. We reserve the right to charge you for any cleaning necessary at the end of your stay.
